Included upon TUT because albeit very heavily cancelled and with SOUTHAMPTON (?) CDS - multiples of these printings are scarce and rarely encountered. Obvious imperfections. Low TUT start-price reflects condition, not scarcity (1 Block 4) (UPA CERTIFICATE)
