QV 5s. Rose clear corner letters C-C enticingly cancelled by obviously Official part CDS 'TANT'S OFFICE' 1891 plus 'nudging' perfectly positioned violet part 'EXCH'EQUER - a form of 'se-tenant' cancels! It makes one wonder whether TANT'S is a part misspelling of REGISTRANT'S. Well-centred fine colour clear corner letters, reverse traces O.G. / paper this stamp was obviously never soaked and never should be. One to research. Curious. Very fine (1v.) (UPA CERTIFICATE)
