QV Pretty Plate 2 almost 3 margins no white lines 2d. Pale Blue, mild plate wear, example 'sporting' almost socked on the nose, SON, well-defined Nr.12 in black maltese cross. Fine appearance but reverse not immediately noticeable larger central abrasion/thinning, plus fractional paper bend. Nevertheless, Very Pretty and SG current catalogue value £9,000=. Less than 10% SG catalogue price. RARE (1v.) (UPA CERTIFICATE)
