Hong Kong covers have a mind of their own. To some they can fetch silly money to others it is completely understandable so to all extent and purposes TUT is the wrong place to offer this cover which (naturally) should be offered on eBay. So, other than some creasing/wear/undulation and the 25c denomination with some perf damage at top - what is special is that we have never seen this illustrated cachet 'Centenary of Progress' before. To my mind this cover is rare and obviously an FDC WWII period. Let's see what you think of it as we start the price-drop from a seemingly high opener (1. FDC) (UPA CERTIFICATE)
