QV Watermark Anchor white paper 10/- Deep Cobalt shade, F-VF mint large part original gum reverse hinge remnants example letters K-F, otherwise excellent deep colour well-centred fractionally N.W. SPECIMEN Type 9. Exceptional appearance, I remember the conversation with Philatelic Expert David Brandon who informed me that two shades of cobalt exist on these large 10s.
