POSTPAID 2d. Blue on Thin Bluish Paper. Holcombe 1996 Photo-Certificate states: Worn Impression. Position 9 on the plate. SG22, Scott 6b, Michel 4 IVy used is in my opinion genuine- States: A fine stamp - it is signed Philipp Kosack, light expert pencil annotation reverse. Hint of oiling from hinging such thin fine paper. Superb margins colour and appearance, Nr.2 light concentric socked on the nose cancel. Exhibition standard. One to treasure (Holcombe 1996 Colour Photo-Certificate) 1v.
