QEII - the definitive Relief Fund Set characterised by rarity of just 434 complete sets having been sold before being withdrawn. A small number of sets were First Day of Issue cancelled by superb CDS 1st dates 12 OC 61 ST. HELENA CDS. When rarely offered in our UPA auctions this QEII 'Classic' set typically attracts up to x 4 bidders and sells for in excess of £2,000=. Researching auction sales we located one or two used sets/First Day Cards realising between £2,000 and £2,450 including buyer's premiums. Unusually we present the ONLY 'Longboat' FDCard we have seen which is unaddressed and considerably neater than the few others. We would normally offer this rare set in our auctions but describers are working upon our July auction now hence offered here at Top-UpTwenty (TUT) Unsurprisingly prices will not drop far and if unsold this set will be transferred to UPA94 July 2024 auction. Historically a MNH Set was sold recently upon TUT. Amazingly the used set plus the FDCard set all came from different collections, we could never expect this to be replicated BUT for a UPA TUT client wishing to assemble both this FDCard plus the BPA Certificated used set we offer a further 4% discount refundable by Paypal OR 6% (client-choice) if taken in the form of future Auction/TUT-credit provided purchased together.
