Deep Intense Bright Blue stunning fine postally used LONDON 17 OCT (19)18 part CDS example accompanied by clear 1976 Royal Philatelic Society London certificate of authenticity endorsed 'WITHIN THE SHADE BAND'. Well-centred fractionally N.W. exceptional deep intense bright blue colour, few variable perfs particularly typical to Seahorses not mentioned on the clear RPS certificate, subsequently re-numbered by SG Specialised N70(5). No current comparables used but we located an unmounted mint corner marginal example currently catalogued £12,500= for sale at £11,500= (92% of current SG catalogue price).
