White lines imperforate Plate 3 2d. Blue attractive appearance SIX BLOCK multiple letters C-E - C-G, D-E - D-G, each stamp individually handstamped 646 (Ripon, Yorkshire) numeral obliterator, fine colour unobtrusive mild creasing, note part ink manuscript through/across lower denominations. Under magnification note 'shifted transfer' across the entire multiple, reverse manuscript pencil '3' plate number, plus staining unaffected appearance. Margins average to very large. Minimum catalogue multiple block of 4 £1,500 plus additional pair lifts catalogue value to £2,250. Impressive (UPA CERTIFICATE)
