Blue plate 4 horizontal pair, letters I-K, I-L, watermark INVERTED (I-L sports edge of watermark plate), good used EDINBURGH '131' cancelled, oxidised colour darker blue, I-K four huge margins, I-L 3 margins, catalogued £1,750= without pair premium. Reverse hinge remnant, thinner paper. Scarce, even rare, but Affordable (UPA CERTIFICATE)
