Great Britain - QV (line engraved), 1841, SG8 B2(1)vb1d. Red-brown (stated plate 153) on very blue thin paper, four good to large margins block of four, margin just touching N.W., cancelled by pair of full very fine blue undated circle (UDC) town WEST BURTON (Wensleydale North Yorkshire) cancellations SG specialised catalogued £2,250= complete postmark on single stamp/piece, this being the unique multiple, however not to be outdone this rare multiple obviously travelled part length of Wensleydale on its journey, because both the upper and lower (horizontal) pairs also bear part legible WEST WITTON black UDC's - the two Post Offices being just 4½ miles apart. Trace of horizontal crease crosses lower pair not affecting astonishing visual appearance. The incredible combination of black and blue UDC's upon multiple, being arguably an £30,000= SG catalogue piece. Utterly UNIQUE, major rarity. EXHIBITION Piece (UPA CERTIFICATE)
