United States of America : Columbus $5. Black, fresh lovely colour fine mint larger part original gum, larger paper hinge example, centred S. Minor gum crease, negligible paper adhesion, full perforation, super definition and intensity of colour. A very rare stamp in mint condition with only 21,844 sold, imagine how many in fine condition may exist today. $5 in 1893 was the equivalent of half a weeks salary for a labourer - imagine a £150+ face value stamp today.
